Defeat the nine enemies to complete the quest. Be careful of the bear and wire traps spread throughout the area. There will also be Freakers roaming around as well.

Climb to the top of the radio tower at the Cascade Radio Tower Ambush Camp.
Look At The O’Leary Mountain Safehouse
Deacon automatically pulls out the binoculars and scouts the area around the safehouse.
Climb Down The Radio Tower
Climb down to complete the quest.

Ride to the Nero Checkpoint
Follow the objective to arrive at the Nero Checkpoint.
Search the Nero Mobile Medical Unit
Once at the Nero Checkpoint, start by clearing out the enemies. When that is done, make your way towards the east of the checkpoint towards the building with NERO on the side. This will update the objective.
Restore Power To The Nero Mobile Medical Unit
Head to the west side of the Mobile Medical Unit to locate the generator.
Find Fuel For The Generator
Look for the tunnel heading into the mountain near the Nero Mobile Medical Unit to find a tow truck near its entrance. There will be a gas can in the back. Pick it up and use the gas to fuel the generator then turn it on.
Locate Sterile Bandages
Quickly enter the building to find sterile bandages. Turning on the generator activates the facility’s speakers, which attracts a lot of Freakers. Make your way to the right (west) side of the facility and open the white medical crate to find the bandages.
Take Sterile Bandages To Boozer
Exit the facility and make a break for your bike (or fight off the Freakers) and head back to the O’Leary Mountain Safehouse to deliver the bandages to Boozer.

Find Crazy Willie’s Garage
Head past the structure with the Newts on the roof and head for the Frontier Motel. Pass through the motel parking lot going west to reach Crazy Willie’s Gas Station. Head through the garage to reach the fenced in area. You will need to climb up the white metal shed behind the truck stop in order to reach the roof. Once on the roof, approach the hole towards the front of the truck stop. Doing this will cause Newts to climb out. Defeat them and drop down the hole to get inside the truck stop.
Find Fuel Pump
Once inside Crazy Willie’s Truck Stop, head past the registers into the back office. From there, enter the garage and examine the bike past the white truck to find the fuel pump.
Find Boozer
Exit Crazy Willie’s Truck Stop via the front door and head west up the road towards the objective.
Save Boozer From The Rippers
Fight the three Rippers to save Boozer. This will also trigger a cutscene.
