Walk With Rikki
Head down to the damn with Rikki.  Follow Rikki into the center of the dam compound.  Follow Rikki up a flight of stairs overlooking the damn.

Check The Turbine
Head down and examine the turbine.

Return To Rikki
Head back up to where you left Rikki.

Walk With Rikki
Follow Rikki to a fence and boost her up.
