Drive To Location
Follow the objective to arrive in the northwest of Lost Lake.
Ride To The Crash Site
Head across the bridge and park your bike just before the tree archway lit by two torches. Proceed through the archway on foot and take care of the Rippers in the area. When clear, move the blue truck out of the way to continue heading forward. Return to your bike and drive through the newly cleared path towards the objective. Watch out for the snipers in the next area.
Find Antibiotics
After parking your bike again, climb up the rock and head towards the crashed plane to trigger a cutscene.
Kill The Breaker
Take out that breaker using everything at your disposal. There will be ammo boxes and crafting materials scatter around the battle area that you can use.
Retrieve The Antibiotics
After defeating the Breaker, head for the center section of the crashed plane to locate the antibiotics. Pick them up to update the objective.
Get The Antibiotics To Your Bike
Head back to your bike and interact with it to stow the antibiotics.
Ride Back To Lost Lake
Hop on your bike and follow the objective out of Ripper territory. As you get close to Lost Lake, a cutscene will trigger.
