Track Down Bounty Target: Crystal Adkins
Follow the objective northeast of Wizard Island and directly west of the Cascade Lakes Railway Ambush Camp to reach a broken down bike. Examine the bike and follow the trail west to examine another object on the ground. Continue heading west and examine the yellow snow. From there, head north up a small rock wall and keep heading up the hill to reach a Marauder Camp.
Clear The Marauders
Defeat 12 enemies.
Find Bounty Target: Crystal Adkins
Enter the most northeastern building, using your knife, to trigger a cutscene.
Return The Jewelry, Proof Of “Kill”
Head back to Wizard Island and talk to Colonel Garret.
