Days Gone – Not Gonna Kill Anyone

Objective(s):

• Head To The Lost Lake Encampment
• Sneak Into The Camp
• Sneak Into The Infirmary
• Steal The Antibiotics

  • Located on a metal shelf in the Infirmary at the Lost Lake Encampment
• Addy – “Straying From The Path Of God” (Character Collectible)
  • Located on a desk in the Infirmary on the second floor at the Lost Lake Encampment

Head To The Lost Lake Encampment

Head north towards the encampment, sneaking behind the two guards.  When you reach it, sneak past the guard using a rock to enter.  NOTE: If you can’t select the rock, try closing and re-opening the game. That cause it to work for me.

Sneak Into The Camp

Keep sneaking further into the camp using a rock to distract the guards.

Sneak Into The Infirmary

Once you get a little further in, the object updates.  Keep heading towards the infirmary, avoiding the guards.  You can use photo mode to scout out the area. The best approach I found was using the bushes on the right side of the camp then cutting over to the left when Deacon notices Iron Mike.  When you reach the infirmary, use your knife to open the door.

Steal The Antibiotics

From the main entrance, turn right towards the objective and grab the antibiotics to trigger a cutscene completing the mission.
