Locate Lynchman

Follow the objective just north of Iron Mike’s camp.  Inspect the bag on the dock.

Knock Lynchman Off His Bike

Chase Lynchman, shooting at him as you get close.  He has two additional guys accompanying him.

Restrain Lynchman

Approach Lynchman to tie him up.
