Track Red Riley
Follow the objective to Camp Pioneer. Head to the firing range on the north side of the camp and inspect the table in the control booth. Follow the path east towards the campfire and inspect the bench next to it. Keep heading east over a wooden bridge and look for the building that has the Rock Chuck Troop sign on it. Examine the ground near its entrance. Continue heading west until you reach the search zone and look for the long building containing the showers. Examine the ground on the left side of the building. Exit the showers and follow the road south until you reach the Camp Pioneer main office. Enter the building and take out the three guys on the ground floor. Grab the cabin keys off a counter in the main room on the first floor.
Search Cabins For Riley
Exit the main office and head west towards the cabins. Take out the two guys near the counselor quarters and use the key to unlock the door. Take out the two people in the building. One of them will be Red Riley.
Collect The Boots, Proof Of Kill
Loot the boots from Riley.
Return The Proof Of Kill
Head back to Rikki in Iron Mike’s to hand over the boots.
