Locate The Drifter
Follow the objective to end up by a Deer Xing sign next to a small lake. Use survival vision to find some footprints and follow them down to the lake to find a corpse. Examine the body (you may be required to fix up your bike depending on its condition to proceed) to begin a high-speed chase.
Restrain The Drifter
Chase after the drifter shooting at his bike and ramming it if need be. After you deal enough damage, a cutscene will trigger complete the quest.
