Collect Bag Of Silicate
Follow the objective to the west of Wizard Island just north of Spruce Lake Nero Checkpoint to arrive at the Mazama General Store & Urban Garden Center. Head around to the back of the building and use the small shed to climb up onto the roof. Drop down the hole in the roof to enter the building. Head into the larger room to find the silicate on a shelf.
Return Silicate To Sarah
Exit the building by pushing the blue truck out of the way. The truck will hit the car behind it, setting off its alarm. Quickly disable the alarm to deter any unwanted attention then head back to Wizard Island.
