Follow the objective to the very northwest of the map to arrive at a Nero refugee camp. Staring working your way west through the camp, taking out Freakers as you go. When you get in far enough, the objective updates.

Clear Camp Of Freakers

Defeat the 9 Freakers in the area around Sarah’s memorial stone.

Place Stonecrop On Sarah’s Memorial Stone

Head to Sarah’s memorial stone next to one of the destroyed helicopters to trigger a cutscene.
