Restore Power

Clear out the Rippers at the checkpoint.  The gas can is located next to the porter potty near the bonfire.  Use the gas can to fuel the generator located right next to the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU).  Make sure to disable all the speakers to discourage any unwanted attention.  When you’re ready, try and turn on the generator.  You will discover that it is broken and requires 3 scraps to fix it.  Once fixed, turn on the generator.

Loot The MMU

Loot the white medical crate to complete the mission.
