Head to the east entrance of Iron Mike’s Camp to trigger a cutscene.

Ride With Iron Mike

Follow Mike to Sherman’s Camp.

Follow Iron Mike

Follow Mike to Spring Creek Preschool.

Grab The Key

Head towards the corpse in the suit next to the bookcases and loot the key.

Enter The Courthouse

Follow Mike a short ways to the courthouse.

Go To The Commissioner’s Office

Head up the stairs and enter the door on the right to trigger a cutscene.
