Listen To Colonel Garret’s Speech
Follow the objective to northeastern Highway 97 past the two gas stations next to each other.
Find The Anarchist’s Camp
Head towards the camp located on the hill to update the objective.
Track The Bounty Target: Meyers
Defeat the enemies at the camp then examine the knife in the tree in the middle of the camp. Follow the tracks higher up the mountain where you will find Meyers’ body next to a campfire.
Collect The Proof Of Kill
Loot the body.
Return The Proof Of Kill
Head back to Wizard Island and talk to Colonel Garret.
