Search for the man on Tsutsu Island
Head to Kijo Isle, which is south of Aoi Village. Speak with the man on the island near the bonfire.
Follow the man to the rowboat
Head over to the rowboat and board.
Free Maki
She can be found inside the main cabin on the second boat (not the first one you climb up to). You must defeat the enemies stealth-like. If you raise the alarm, they will kill Maki. When you reach her, cut her loose.
Leave the ship with Maki
Head back to the first ship where Maki’s father awaits in his small boat.
Enter the rowboat
Enter the boat to complete the tale.
