You’ll automatically obtain the Bloodletting tale in Ghost of Tsushima’s Iki Island DLC after completing the Troubled Waters tale. Below are the objectives for the Bloodletting tale!
Meet Sugi by the old fishing village
Travel north of Gonoura Cape to find the village. Instead of being greeted by Sugi, you’ll find Mongols. Defeat them!
Free the captive
Head down to the docks to rescue the captive.
Speak with Sugi
Go ahead and talk with her.
Defeat Yamaneko’s lookouts
Follow the objective across the water and up the large rock to find 3 enemies. Kill them. Hallucination Darts are extremely helpful for this task.
Sit and wait
Once the enemies have been cleared, sit by the campfire.
Survey the camp
Look at the beached dock, campfire and distant fire on large rock.
Signal Sugi’s Hwacha
Defeat the enemies then interact with the campfires marked by the objectives.
Regroup with Sugi
Head north along the beach to the Shattered Cliffs where you’ll find another campfire. Approach the fire to trigger a cutscene.
Examine the debris
Examine the red hat washed up next to the campfire. The tale will end, and you’ll receive Sugi’s Kasa Hat (as a key item) and Charm of Descending Talons. After the tale ends, return to Thieves Rest Village and interact with the tree everyone is gathered around to learn that Sugi survived. You’ll then officially receive Sugi’s Kasa Hat.
