Below are the objectives for the Caretakers of the Eagle tale in Ghost of Tsushima.
Speak with the scared temple caretaker
Travel to the Cloud Forest Temple in the southeastern part of the island and speak with the caretaker near the stairs leading up to the temple.
Survey the temple grounds
Head up the path towards the objective to begin surveying the temple. Look at the couple huddled below you, a wagon to the right of the temple and the monk in front of the temple.
Learn more about the caretakers
Speak with the two sisters making baskets, the warden guarding the temple, Okami at the lower temple and a man guarding a house to the left of Okami.
Find out what happened to the missing villagers
Sneak underneath the side of the house to listen.
Rest until the caretakers fall asleep
Head back up to the main temple and rest by the fire.
Rescue the kidnapped villagers
Sneak back to the house and crawl underneath to find a trap door. Speak with one of the prisoners. Afterwards, kill the enemies and make sure no prisoners die in the process. Next, release the prisoners.
Clear the Mongols from the temple grounds
Defeat all the enemies!
Enter the temple
Head inside the temple.
Defeat the Mongols guarding Zenshin
Kill the enemies inside.
Confront Zenshin
Speak with the monk. Afterwards, you’ll receive the Charm of Deadly Return which recovers ammo for your currently equipped Quickfire Weapon after using Iron Will.
