Below are the objectives for the Troubled Waters tale in Ghost of Tsushima.
Investigate burning wreckage
Travel to the eastern coast northeast of Yahata Forest. Pull down the wood using your grappling hook then slip between the rocks to find a Bamboo Strike. Continue heading towards the coast then approach the wrecked ship. Examine the charred part of the ship on the ground, the charred body next to the fire and the broken chunk of ship (rudder) further down the beach.
Speak with the survivor
Speak with the man leaning against the rock.
Escape the hwacha fire on the beach
Run away avoiding the fire. If you submerge under water they cannot see you!
Find the woman named Sugi
Head south to Thieves Rest Village. Once there, speak with the peasants then head toward the lighthouse until the objective updates.
Investigate the smoldering house
Inspect the wooden trunk, teapot and basket.
Speak with Sugi
Speak with the woman that comes into the house.
Follow Sugi to confront the visitors
Follow behind her a short way.
Defend the village from Yamaneko’s Crew
Defeat all the enemies!
Follow Sugi
Follow behind her to trigger a cutscene. The tale will complete and you’ll receive the Charm of Fleet Foraging, which gives you a 15% chance of Quickfire ammo recovery on a melee kill.
