Butchery Awaits
Head to the tiny room left of the butcher’s counter to trigger a cutscene. You must select “yes” to the door to proceed with the quest and to get the achievement/trophy for this quest line.
Get the Possibly Heinous Package
Exit the bedroom and turn left, entering the room at the end of the hall. Pick up the heinous package.
Exsanguinate the Package
Carry the package downstairs following the objective to the exsanguinator. Drop the package and turn the wheel on the machine to initiate a test run. Then pick the package back up and attach it to the access valve on the machine. Turn the wheel to start the machine.
Eviscerate the Package
Pick up the package and take it the eviscerator. Push the button on the machine to start the test run.
Get the Shiny New Replacement Part
Head down to the first floor and grab the spare part from the closet.
Fit the Shiny New Eviscerator Replacement Part
Head back up to the eviscerator and install the new part in the machine. Next, push the button to test the machine a second time.
Eviscerate the Package
Attach the package to the machine and press the button to start it.
Exfoliate the Package
Head up the next floor to the exfoliator with the package in hand. Press the button to test the machine then attach the package to the machine and press the button again.
Pack That Meat!
Take the package to the extruder and attach it to the machine. For this next part, you will need to head out back where the stairs heading down are located. Look at the machine on the left of the stairs. On the top, it will have the sequence of buttons you will need to press to pack the meat. Keep doing this until the objective updates.
Take a Break, Plan a Daring Escape
Go down to the kitchen on the lower level and read the journal on the table.
Sabotage the Extruder
Go back up to the meat packaging room and interact with the package to sabotage it.
Find a Way Out
Run to the very bottom floor and enter the closet where the shiny part was. Use the latch to head to the basement.
Recover Your Stuff
Quickly head to the lockers in the basement and grab your gear. The butcher will follow you down there.
Hello, I Must Be Going
Sneak past the butcher and ascend the ladder back into the closet.
Report the Grisly Affair
As you exit the closet, the constable will run in and a cutscene will trigger. Watch it play out to complete the quest.
