Locate the Package
Follow the objective to arrive at a flower cart. A cutscene will trigger.
Remove the Possibly Heinous Package
Bribe the constables using scotch then search the flower cart and grab the package.
Stash the Possibly Heinous Package in the Ash Cart Behind the Butcher’s
Follow the objective back to the Butcher’s shop with the package in hand. Put it in the ash cart behind the shop once you arrive.
Tell Mr. Cutty the Good News
Talk to Mr. Cutty to complete the quest.
