Investigate Ed’s Tardiness
After talking to the first Impatient Person, follow the objective to talk to another one.
Where Are You, Ed?
Again, follow the objective to talk to a third Impatient Person.
Go Check on Ed
Follow the objective to reach an alleyway with a group of gang members for a cutscene. After the cutscene, all 5 members of the gang will attack you. Defeat them to get a new objective.
Talk to Ed
Talk to Ed for another cutscene and to obtain the quest Plough Boy’s Lunch.
Pick Up the Packages
Pick up the packages scattered on the ground near Ed.
Deliver the Delivery Boy’s Deliveries
Follow the objectives to deliver all 3 packages.
Talk to the Butcher
Head to the Butcher’s shop and talk with him to complete the quest.
