Find Good Luck Charms
The Lucky Hat is located on the upper level on the northern side of the room in the hand of a bandit crushed by the Jack of Diamonds machine. The Silver Skag Figurine can be found on the blackjack table of the lower level on the southern side of the room next to a dead bandit.
Return the Charms
Head back to Allan and give him the two charms.
Take Money
Loot the safe to the left of Allan.
