Activate Switch
Interact with the switch on top of the roof.
Kill Procurer
Defeat the enemy.
Pick up Fine Wine
Pick up the wine dropped by the Procurer.
Place Wine
Return to The Lodge and place the barrel in the cellars to complete the quest.
