Talk to Miller
Head over to the Pure Gas shack behind you and talk with Miller. He will be standing on the porch.
Kill Bloodflap’s Gang
Follow the road east to arrive at a red barn. Destroy the technical that drives out of it. Follow the objective to track the other vehicle and destroy it.
Kill Bloodflap
Follow the objective to the northwestern region of Floodmoor Basin to find Bloodflap. Destroy him and his vehicle.
Talk to Miller
Return to Miller and speak with him to complete the mission.
