Obtained: Speak to Max Sky who is strapped to the rocket

Hit the Button

Approach the button near the rocket then wait for Max to count down. Hit the button.

Protect Max Sky

Defeat all the enemies.

Shoot Fuel Tank

Shoot the fuel tank under the rocket to complete the quest.
