Obtained: Talk to Ramsden in a building located to the east side of the Yard

Open Door
Follow the hallway west and take the first left. Continue heading forward until you come to the locked door with the keypad. Use the keypad to open the door.
Search Guard Station for Key
Examine the toilet in the far back left of the room, lockbox in the corner of the room near the body in a barrel, and the mini-safe in the locker room to find the key.
Unlock Gate
Exit the guard station and take the stairs on the right up to arrive at the gate. Use the key to open the gate.
Find Holder
Head through the doorway and down the hallway to enter Shankland.
Kill Shanks
Eliminate all of the Shanks.
Find Holder’s Cell
After taking care of the Shanks, head to the second level and keep working your way forward. Holder’s cell will be the last on the left.
Open Holder’s Cell
Use the button next to the door to open the cell.
Check on Holder
Inspect Holder.
Search Cell
Inspect the sheet of metal on the ground near the body you searched to find a hole.
Follow Hole
Jump in the hole and follow the way forward.
Defeat the Shanks
Eliminate the Shanks.
Talk to Holder
Talk to Holder on the south side of the room.
Side with Holder (Optional) / Open Door for Ramsden (Optional)
Open the door for Ramsden or talk with Holder to side with him. (We chose to side with Holder, because no one likes their fingers bitten!!)
Kill Fingerbiters / Kill Ramsden
Take out the Fingerbiters and Ramsden.
Talk to Holder
Talk with Holder to complete the mission.
