In order to obtain the Sun Confidant, you will need to put in some work. First, talk to Yoshida (politician giving speech) at Station Square in Shibuya. Then you will need apply and work at the beef bowl shop a couple of times to trigger an event with Yoshida. This will allow you to approach him while he’s giving a speech and be able to assist him.
