Red Vanity Will Seed
From the Central Garden Safe Room, exit the room and follow the walkway around heading east into the Museum 2F area. After entering the area (with the six columns of artworks in the middle of the room), take the first left up a set of stairs to reach the second level and follow the hallway around to the right reaching a balcony overlooking the room you just came from. Use your grappling hook to some reach some scaffolding hanging in the middle of the room. Follow it to the end then jump down to reach the room containing the Will Seed.
Green Vanity Will Seed
The Will Seed is located behind a gated section in a painting storage room. To open the gate, you will need to look for a grappling point in the ceiling to reach a ledge containing a switch that opens the gate.
Blue Vanity Will Seed
From the Upper Main Hall Safe Room, exit the room and follow the hallway right. When you come to the part of the hallway with the glass case displays, there will be a vent shaft on the right. Enter the vent and head through it to reach a new balcony overlooking the treasure. Above the balcony there will a grappling point attached to the side of some scaffolding. Grapple to the top and jump across the scaffolding to the end to reach another vent. Head through the vent and drop down the hole in the next room to reach a hallway. Follow the hallway south to find the room containing the seed guarded by a powerful shadow. Defeat the shadow then enter the room and claim the seed!!
