Quest Giver: Lake spirit – Stone Falls (Shores of Nine)
Summary: Kratos and Atreus come across the spirit of a man who has turned against Thor. They are tasked with destroying a statue of Thor located near his father’s grave. The spirit gives them permission to loot his father’s grave is they destroy the statue.
Objective(s):
- Destroy the statue of Thor
- Return to the Disciple of Thor
Destroy the statue of Thor
Head through the gate behind the disciple via boat following the water. Keep moving forward until you reach a piece of land. You will need to exit the boat and move through the land to another boat. Push the boat in the water to enter the Veithurgard region. In the middle of the region, there will be a giant statue of Thor located on an island surrounded by water. Dock on the island and take out the two enemies that are located there. Head to the front of Thor’s statue if you’re not there yet and loot the grave of the disciple’s father. You will get the legendary axe pommel, Grip of Tanngiost. Now start targeting the weak points of the Thor statue with Kratos’ axe. There will be weak points located on the front, side, and back of the statue that will need to be hit in order to take it down.
Return to the Disciple of Thor
Head back to the lake spirit and tell him the statue has been destroyed. He thanks you for helping him as completing this request untethered him from the world. This completes the quest.
