In Yakuza: Like a Dragon there is a Part-time Hero Support Quest called Please Find My Cat 1. In order to unlock this quest, you’ll need to visit Part-time Hero Inc. in the northwestern part of Ijincho. just south of MIRAI Batting Center. Part-time Hero Inc. is located on the third floor of the same building that contains Cafe Brave. Once you head up the elevator and enter Part-time Hero Inc., a cutscene will trigger. Afterwards, leave the office and head back down the elevator. When you approach the exit to the building, you’ll receive a call from Hiro regarding his cats. He’ll then task you with gathering 9 of the cats. The cats can be found in the below locations:
Bar District
LEDA – Southeast of Hustle Boutique in the entryway to the right of the giant statue (when facing the statue)
Chinatown
Alley – In alley south of Vista Mahjong and north of Ultimate Pork Buns
Commercial District
Parking Garage – Behind a car on the second level of the parking garage near the ladder leading down to Misaki St.
Sunrise St. – On a green container south of Tsurukame Bridge near the stairs leading down to the river
East Jinnai Station
Daikokuten St. – Near the entrance to the large building across the street (west) of Ounabara Vocational School
Hamakita Park
Hamakita Park – In the grass next to a water fountain directly south of Flowers 2 Go

To take a picture in the game, press up on the d pad, zoom in until you see an x, then press x. After the picture has been taken, you must make sure a bubble pops up that says “That’s one of the kappas that was in the Part-time Hero request.” Below are the locations of the 10 kappa statues!

During the cutscene, agree to give it a try. The first answer is “4 Men”. If you got it right, you’ll get points for Confidence and 10,000 yen! When you’re ready for round two, speak with the man again. The second answer is “7 Women”. If you got it right, you’ll get points for Confidence and 20,000 yen! When you’re ready for round three, speak with the man again. The third answer is “5 Men and 6 Women”. If you got it right, you’ll get points for Confidence and 30,000 yen!

Obtained: Approach the man standing near the river to the west of Kinka Pharmacy during the day and select “What’s up here?” to discover the Gambling Hall. Next, head to Survive Bar and speak with Iroha behind the counter who will give you the password “Lau Chau Chau Ya”.
After the cutscene, head to Zhou Long Trading Company on Ijin Street and speak with the employee. Say the password of “Lau Chau Chau Ya” to gain +10 Intellect then defeat the Distribution Employees in combat. Afterwards, head to Kinka Bridge, which is northwest of Kinka Pharmacy and drop down the ladder as if you were going to the Gambling Hall to find Chau. Speak with Chau on the dock then purchase a weapon (items don’t count). The Sacred Branch is the cheapest option at 450,000 yen. Once you purchase a weapon, walk away from Chau then return and speak with him again.

After the cutscene, speak with the Eatery Owner and agree to investigate. Wait until night until the objective reappears in Fukutokucho. Approach the objective to trigger a cutscene followed by a battle. Defeat the Masked Man.
Reward: Profane Wristband and unlock Jiei-san as a Poundmate
