Acquired: This quest is triggered after coming across a giant purple chest that randomly spawns near the abandoned houses in Eel Pie Holm.

Walk up to the chest and read the note there.
Wait a day or two
Find a bed and sleep for 24 hours or keep doing the things until a day has passed. Return to the chest and use a lockpick to open it. This should cause the quest to complete.
*NOTE: This quest is currently bugged and cannot be completed.
