Find an Alternate Route to Wellington Health Insitute
Follow the objective to reach an area of the Parade guarded by the giant mistress robot.
Break the Circuit
From here, follow the gray hose/cable to a building with a joy detecting robot out front. Swipe the keycard to access the building (should already have it). Disable the security using a shortspike if you have one and take out the lone bobby in the building. Head into the room with the workbench and press the green button to break the circuit.
Raise the Shutter
Head back outside and follow the objective to push the button on the ground near the mistress to raise the metal shutter.
Escape the Quarantine Area
Follow the objective into a building with suitcases on a conveyor belt. Climb onto the belt and crouch-walk through the hole to reach the other side. Follow the path to reach a door and exit through it to complete the quest.
