Hunt Down and Kill Captain MacRedd
Head to the elevator in the northern section of the Groundbreaker near Engineering and use it to travel to the Back Rays. Once there, head forward a short way to enter a big open room. Speak with Captain MacRedd to get a couple options. If your persuade is at 40 you can talk him into handing over his lighter for the bounty, otherwise, you are in for a fight. If you bring Felix with you, MacRedd won’t attack you outright and you’ll get some unique dialog, but ultimately if you don’ have persuade 40, then you will still have to fight him.
Claim the Bounty’s Reward from Comdt. Sanita
Return to Sanita at the Groundbreaker Security and speak with her to hand over the lighter as proof of kill to complete the task.
