Below is a walkthrough for the Assistance with New Service support request in The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero. To obtain this request, interact with the terminal in the SSS building during Chapter 1.

Speak with Receptionist Lanfei at the IBC. You’ll receive the IBC Primary Card. Speak with Lanfei again and select “Exchange” then “Exchange” to perform an exchange. You’ll need to exchange 30 of each type of sepith. Once you’ve made the exchange, you’ll receive Teara Balm x3 Reviving Balm x2 and EP Charge x2 and the quest will complete. Make sure to report it back to the terminal at the SSS building.
