Retrieve Orson’s Schematics
Exit the Roseway Outpost and follow the objective southwest to reach the Storage Facility. Enter the building and make your way for the basement (through the armory where you found the Acid Sweeper during The Cleaning Machine companion quest). There you will locate the weapon plans on the wall above a workbench.
Return to Orson
Head back to Roseway and talk to Orson to complete the quest. Note that the schematic can also be give to Gladys during The Distress Signal side quest.
