Obtained: Talk with Junlei Tennyson and offer to help her out with the heat problem

Get New Parts for the Radiators
Head to the Back Bay via the elevator across from the entrance to engineering. If you haven’t done the Who Goes There? side quest yet, then you will have to deal with Captain MacRedd. (Note that we did the side quest first and we were not able to offer a bribe or lie. We had to fight the enemies to retrieve the part. This could be a bug.) You will need Persuade/Intimidate at level 40 or have Felix with you in the party. Let him know that you are here for a part that Junlei needs to repair the station. You will then have to bribe him with 636 bits or have Lie at level 40. If you are so inclined, you can attack him but be warned that you will have to fight a horde of outlaws and mechanical enemies. The parts are located on the second level of the Back Bay on the west side.
Talk to Junlei about the Parts
Head back to Junlei and give her the parts.
Fix the Radiators
Exit the room and head right to take the elevator at the far end of the room down. At the bottom, push your way through the enemies and climb up the yellow ladder at the back of the room. At the top of the ladder, head through the door straight in front of you and defeat more enemies as necessary. Head through the right door, take the stairs up and go through another door. Keep following the path forward, defeating enemies as you go, and drop down the ladder to the next level. Use the terminal in this room to activate the cycle droplet pumps.
Return to Junlei
Head back to Junlei and speak with her to complete the quest.
