Follow up with Catherine Malin
Head to Fallbrook and talk with Catherine about Sanjar.
Investigate the Drop-Off Point
Head north of Fallbrook and go under the Blown Bridge to find the drop-off and examine it.
Follow the Trail of Blood
Follow the trail of blood to a nearby hatch and enter the Smuggler Tunnel. Work your way very carefully through the tunnel to avoid the lasers and mines. Eventually you’ll reach Arthur and a dialog scene will trigger.
Recover Proof of Corporate Presence on Monarch
Follow the objective northwest to reach UDL Lab. Use the ladder on the side of the building marked by the objective and enter through the door at the top. Proceed into the second room on the level you are currently on and access the terminal on the right side to find proof.
Return to Sanjar with the Data Cartridge
Head back to Sanjar and talk with him to complete this quest.
