Obtained: Talk to Sanjar Nandi in the tallest building northwest of the transition to Stellar Bay Ruins (south) and north of Zeng’s Emporium.
Objective(s):
- Get into the ARMS Building
- Obtain the BOLT-52
- (Optional) Wipe any Terminals in the Building
- Return to Sanjar
Get into the ARMS Building
Head out of Stellar Bay via the transition to Stellar Bay (North) and follow the objective to the ARMS building. To enter the building, you can pick the lock on the front door if you Lockpicking is high enough or you can enter via the roof. To enter via the roof, face the entrance to the ARMS building and head left, following the tight cluster of buildings. You’ll notice that there are planks on the roofs linking all the building together. Keep following the buildings until you reach the last one in the line and climb up the long ladder on the side. Once you’re on the roof, work your way to the objective. On the ARMS building, you will see a yellow ladder leading down to an overhang. Climb down this ladder and walk towards the entrance to the building via the balcony to trigger a dialog event via an intercom.
Obtain the BOLT-52
When talking to Huxley, you’ll find out her partner locked her in there to protect her. You can either track him down and find the key to open the door or use your Engineer skill if it’s high enough to walk her through how to open it. Once the door is opened, head inside to find the ARMS Storage (BOLT-52 Cartridge) on the cabinet to the left.
(Optional) Wipe any Terminals in the Building
Delete all the files on the terminal located on the first level of the ARMS building.
Return to Sanjar
Head back to Sanjar and talk with him to complete the quest.
