Obtained: Talk to Carlos in a plaza south of the Question the Locals file objective at Z33 Harmony Square
Objective: Find the suspect
Talk to Carlos to learn that he is searching for a suspect wearing an orange coat and a black hat. The Suspicious Man is located behind a van next to a building past the third tree on the left side across from a shoe store. Make note that there is a similarly dressed man wearing an orange coat who has black hair crouching behind a dumpster. If you select the wrong person, you will lose points in the case report.
Stop the Bomb!
Obtained: Automatically when walking by some scaffolding near the street by the previous case
Objective: Find the bomb
When following the sidewalk on the opposite side of the map from the Question the Locals file objective, you will get an update that someone called in a tip about a bomb. There will be an opening in some scaffolding southwest of the file objective. Enter through the opening and take the stairs up to the very top. From there, use your Legion to jump across to the adjacent rooftop, triggering a dialog event. Use your IRIS to locate signals being sent to the bomb. Listen to Ted and cut the red, green and blue signals in that order using the Sword Legion to complete the case.
No Sense of Direction
Obtained: Talk to the Easily Lost Man on the bridgewalk at Z33 Harmony Square
Objective: Guide the lost man
Talk to the Easily Lost Man and take him to the place shown in the image near Larger Burger. Facing where he was standing, head left down the walkway and go down the stairs in front of Larger Burger. Head to the entrance of Larger Burger to trigger a brief cutscene and complete the case.
Lost Cat
Obtained: Talk to Cat Lover in the building with a man holding a guitar billboard at Z33 Harmony Square
Objective: Catch the runaway cat
The cat is located at the bottom of the stairs in the corner of the room. Kick the nearby can in front of the cat, causing her to walk towards it. While the cat is distracted, run up and grab her to trigger a cutscene thus completing the case.
The Woman in White
Obtained: Automatically as part of the main story
Objective: Pursue Jena
Following a cutscene when you gain control of your character, run down the stairs and cross the intersection to where Jena is with the two officers to complete the case.
Officer Rescue
Obtained: Automatically as part of the main story
Objective: Help the officers
You will come across this case after getting separated from your squad while pursing Jena in Ark Mall. Defeat the tentacle chimera in the food court attacking Avery and talk to her afterwards to learn that there are more officers who need help. Keep pressing further into the food court to come across the other officers (you can see them hanging from the ceiling using the IRIS). Shoot free officers Li Fang and Mitsuru to complete the case.
A Helping Hand
Obtained: Automatically as part of the main story
Objective: Help Alicia
This side case triggers after capturing the Arm Legion and helping Jin. Head over to where Alicia is and use the Arm Legion to lift the debris off her. Freeing her will complete the case.
