Astral Chain: File 08 [Peace] Side Cases

*NOTE: There is a guy in each of the levels marked as Transport Duty.  He will move you to the different levels of Grand Avenue.

Graffiti Master

Obtained: Talk to the Art Aficionado on Sky Promenade at Z36 Grand Avenue 2F

Objective: Arrest the art lover

After talking to the Art Aficionado, you will need to defeat him in battle to obtain the HoloPaint Can.  Have the Beast Legion grab the scent from the can and follow him to find Parnassus No. 1.  Interact with him to trigger an event where he will throw a smoke bomb at you and flee.  Chase after Parnassus No. 1 then use your Sword Legion to stun and wrap him in chains.  Once Parnassus No. 1 is caught, the case will complete.

Obtained: Inspect the police tape near the fallen bridge at Z36 Grand Avenue 1F

Objective: Reminisce with Akira

Inspect the police tape near the fallen bridge on Grand Avenue Connector to complete the case.

Back In The Day 2

Obtained: Inspect Larger Burger at Z36 Grand Avenue 2F

Objective: Reminisce with Akira

Inspect Larger Burger in the Sky Promenade area to complete the case.

Lappy’s Ultra Quiz

Obtained: By talking to Lappy as she is running around at the start of File 08

Objective: Get a high score

At the start of File 08, you can spot Lappy with balloons running around Z36 Grand Avenue at a quick pace.  In order to obtain this side case, you will need to try and get in front of Lappy and talk to her (the best place we found to catch her was at the bridge on 2F).  If you can’t catch her, just wait and she will eventually run by again.  Agree to take her 20 question quiz.  Below are the questions that we were asked along with their answers.  Please note that there is a pool of questions and you might not get the same ones we did.  You only need to get 40 points (which is answering 8 questions correctly) in order to get the Lappy Body for the Lappy Costume.

Picture Perfect

Obtained: Inspect the item that the civilian dropped at the Grand Avenue Connector in Z36 Grand Avenue 2F

Objective: Replicate the photo

While exploring a car tunnel, the twins notice a civilian walking down a concrete hallway.  Follow them and interact with the item they dropped to trigger a cutscene.  When it ends, take a Transport Duty to the second level and take a picture standing in the position of the photograph that Shizu showed you (it’s around the middle of a walkway).  Afterwards, a cutscene will occur and you will receive another location to find.  Take the Transport Duty to the first level and then head through the parking garage to reach the bar district.  The location of the photograph will be behind a van being repaired by an arm robot.  You might have to adjust the camera a bit to get the picture lined up correctly.  After taking the picture, the event will trigger and Shizu will show up at your location.  This will complete the case.

Head to the Rayleigh Plaza Roof as part of the main story objective.  Use your Legion to destroy it, completing the case.
