Lappy’s Lament
Obtained: Marie in the Locker Room at HQ
Objective: Help the officers
Talk to Marie to trigger a cutscene and begin your mission of turning frowns up side down. Head to the elevators on B2 and talk to Mike twice. Then head to the medical office on B2 and talk to Mitsuru twice. Head to the the break room, talk to Avery to get a present for Mitsuru. Return to Mitsuru and give him the warm Alkali-Cocoa from Avery. Lastly head to the training room on B3 and talk to Jin three times to start a sparing match. Keep attacking Jin until his mood reaches 100 or you are defeated. Afterwards, a cutscene will trigger and the case will complete.

Obtained: Talk to ARI Medtech in front of the Storage Room
Objective: Stop the short
Head to the East Wing and talk to the ARI Medtech freaking out in front of the Storage Room. Use the Arm Legion to open the door and then wear him like armor (L button) to float over the purple chemicals to the back of the room. Once there, destroy the stack of barrels to complete the case.
The Escape Artist
Obtained: By approaching the Energetic Patient and Doctor in the middle of the East Wing
Objective: Restrain the patient
Head to the middle of the East Wing and interact with the Energetic Patient and Doctor. The patient will break free, causing you to chase after him. Send the Sword Legion at the patient to stun him, then wrap the chain around him to catch him. This will trigger a cutscene completing the case.
The Best Medicine
Obtained: Talk to Lappy Fan sitting on a bed in a ARI Redshift Labs
Objective: Find Dr. Banfield
Talk to the Lappy Fan in a room in the West Wing and tell the kid you know Lappy. After the conversation, exit the room and enter the room to the right to find Dr. Banfield. Speak with him to learn that Dr. Moreno (Brenda) owns the Lappy doll he used before. Exit the room and take a right following the hallway around to reach the Laboratory. Talk to Brenda and ask to borrow her Lappy doll triggering a cutscene. Head back to the kid and hand over the stuffed Lappy to complete the case.
Pickpocket Prevention
Obtained: By talking to the Questioning Officer at Z33 Harmony Square
Objective: Search for the pickpocket
When you reach Z33 Harmony Square, talk to the Questioning Officer near the Pickpocket Victim. You will learn that the thief was wearing big headphones and a mask. Head through the nearby police gate and accuse the Shady Guy on the far left to trigger a cutscene, completing the case.

Obtained: Talk to the Sincere Officer at Z33 Harmony Square
Objective: Catch the drone pilot
Talk to the officer and agree to help him find the pilot of a drone that is capturing pictures of the scene. Activate your IRIS and follow the signal from the drone back to the pilot. You will need to cross through the police gate into a crowd of people. Head to the left to find the Onlooker piloting the drone. Use the Sword Legion to slash the signal being sent to the drone. This will trigger a dialog event and the case will complete.
Out from the Smoke
Obtained: Automatically during the main story
Objective: Find the hurt civilians
After heading into the subway, you and Alicia will split up, triggering this side case. Head down the stairs and take a right to find an Injured Man. Help the man back up the stairs to trigger a brief cutscene. To find the next civilian, instead of going back down stairs, head passed them to arrive at an area with a crater in the middle. Use the rubble to reach a lower level of the crater. Once at the bottom, head to the left side (side with all the explosive barrels) and use the Arm Legion to force open a damaged train car near the lower track 4. When inside, use the Arrow Legion to shoot the generator powering the lasers blocking the way forward to disarm them. Head to the back of the train car to assist the Shaken Woman. Lead her back to the safe area where you dropped off the first civilian. When you leave the train car, you will be attacked by chimera. Defeat them using your Legion while you lead the woman to safety. After dropping off the women, head back past the stairs and instead of using the rubble to go down into the crater, turn left to walk behind the stairs. Take a right along the tracks walking up some metal plates along track 4. Keep heading straight and you will pass through a waiting area with a few officers in it. This will bring you to track 6 where you will find a Dazed Man in the corner. When you find the civilian, a brief cutscene will trigger and you will need to defeat the new enemies that showed up. Afterwards, escort the man back the way you came triggering a shield-carrying chimera to appear. Defeat the enemy and lead the man to the sitting area to trigger another cutscene completing the case.
