Below is a guide on where to find the Heart Orbs in Chapter 2 of Eastward.
Forest Entrance
This Heart Orb can be found in a chest at the Forest Entrance. You can reach it during the An Uninvited Guest quest from the Blimpig Ranch. You’ll want to use the raft here to cross the river, then head east to reach the Forest Entrance. The chest will be through a tunnel between two trees. You’ll have to send Sam in to reach it.
Strange Forest
This Heart Orb can be found on an island in the Strange Forest during the An Uninvited Guestquest. You’ll need to use a raft to reach the island.

In Yakuza: Like a Dragon, there is a trophy called Honk-Honk Hero. In order to earn this trophy, you’ll need to find all the people who will give you a honk-honk. These people can be found at the below locations, however, they make take awhile to spawn. It’ll help to reset the area by taking a taxi.
Isezaki Ijincho
Bar District
The Honk-Honk Girl can be found in the alley south of Survive Bar next to a silver safe. It’ll cost you 10,000 yen but will give you +10 Passion.
East Jinnai Station
The Honk-Honk Man can be found in the fenced in area behind the large building in the very north part of the map. This building is located next to the Election Office taxi. It’ll cost you 100,000 yen but you’ll get +10 to all personality stats.
Isezaki Road
The Honk-Honk Lady can be found in the underground area directly north of Wette Kitchen. It’ll cost you 50,000 yen but will give you +10 Passion, +10 Charisma and +10 Kindness.
Sotenbori
Shofukucho
The Honk-Honk Woman can be found in the alley northwest of S Shofukucho between two red vending machines and a gold chest. It’ll cost you 50,000 yen but you’ll get +10 Confidence, +10 Passion and +10 Charisma.
Kamurocho
Hotel District
The Honk-Honk Princess can be found in the U-shaped alley north of Yoshida Batting Center. It’ll cost you 30,000 yen but you’ll get +10 Intellect, +10 Style and +10 Charisma.

Extra Life
When you reach a dead end with a waterfall where you will need to melee a dead tree to create a path forward, turn around to find a ledge off to the right. Climb up it to find the extra life.
Slayer Key
From the above tree trunk, climb up the trunk to reach the top of the waterfall. From there look to the left to find a ledge you can climb up. At the top, take a left and jump across the gap to reach a rock platform. Jump across the small gap to reach the key.
Extra Life
From the above tree trunk, climb up the trunk to reach the top of the waterfall. From there look to the left to find a ledge you can climb up. At the top, head forward and melee the breakable wall at the end of the path to reveal a cave which contains the extra life.
Secret Encounter
From the top of the waterfall, follow the path along the water to find a breakable wall on the right side. Melee it to reveal a cave containing the encounter.
Support Rune
Complete the Slayer Gate located near the central eastern side of the map just past the first secret encounter then collect the rune.
Codex: Book of the Seraphs Part IX
The codex can be found on a lower ledge in the center of the map. You know you’re in the right place when you see a lift pad near a tree you can knock down. The codex is guarded by 3 tentacles that pop up to attack you.

This codex is located on a floating platform to the right of the bridge leading to the tower containing the Father.
Secret Encounter
You’ll come across this secret encounter just before a courtyard filled with Maker statues. Activate the console directly across from the encounter then look at the ceiling directly above. Shoot the green diamond to unlock the gate concealing the secret encounter.
Codex: Book of the Seraphs Part XI
You’ll see this codex next to a switch you need to activate as part of the story at the very top of the structure. Once you activate the switch, the Father will talk to you briefly followed by the Intern.

The codex is located in the Holy Chamber (room just before boss) on the right side.

From the Holy Chamber, head backwards towards the doorway to see a green diamond on the pillar in front of you. Shoot it to unlock the door on the other side of the room containing the codex.

Artifact – Garage Note
After Ellie and Jessie see the ferris wheel and go for a quick swim, head to the parking garage on the left side. Kill the Infected inside then work your way through the garage to reach the upper level. The artifact can be found next to a corpse.

This card can be found in Kingston Bookstore, which you will go to as part of the story. Once inside, drop down to the lower level then crawl under some rubble to find the card on a bookshelf.

Artifact – Textile Note
This artifact can be found in Rachel’s Fabrics/Textiles on the wall next to the windows. To reach this store on the second level of the building, you will need to use the blue containers to climb up the scaffolding.
Workbench
After diving under rubble blocking the path forward as part of the story, you’ll exit the river and come to a ruined building. Jesse will mention that they should head up to the bridge to get their bearings. Make your way to the second floor and look for the room with the Norkirk sign on the wall to find the workbench.

When you reach the pipes that you need to lift in a ruined building to progress with the story, ignore them and head to the left side to find the card on a small shelf.

Defeat Peliya who is located in a shipping container on the roof of a structure. To reach her, you will need to head up to the second level then go up the small pathway along the gunk covered wall. Once on the roof, jump onto the shipping containers and look in the one that is open to find Peliya.
From the mistle, follow the path west to find an enemy hiding behind some tree roots. Destroy the roots and defeat the enemy. Next to where the enemy was hiding will be a lower path. Drop down to that path to find the core fragment in some grass.
Perseus Core Fragment B
Location: Sealed Depths – Eternal Abyss
From the mistle, head south, hugging the ledge on the right path. You will come to a tree root sticking out over the chasm. The core fragment will be located on this tree root. Cut down the small roots to reach it.
Perseus Core Fragment C
Location: Sealed Depths – Eternal Abyss
From the mistle, head south and take the right path. When you come to the cylindrical column, head right and take the path straight to find a pit with a spike ball enemy in it. Drop down into the pit and break the roots on the other side to locate a hidden area containing the core fragment.
