Below is a walkthrough for the Level 30 Isle of Spires relic ruin in Horizon Forbidden West. This ruin can be found southeast of the settlement.
Explore the Ruins
Head into the ruins to find a Storage Instructions Datapoint next to the locked door. Scan the ornament behind the locked door. Head back into the water in the center of the building. Diagonally from the locked door there will be a pillar with some pegs to climb up. Climb up then use the grappling point on the left to reach a higher floor. From there use another grappling point to reach the floor above. Run and jump across the metal pipe hanging out over the gap then quickly grapple to the other side. Take a left and follow the hallway to the end. Head through the doorway on the left then walk out onto the metal pipe. Use your Pullcaster to pull down a crate then jump into the water below. To the east there will be a small ramp to head up. Go ahead and go up it then use your Pullcaster to pull the crate into the room. In that room, there will be a vent in the ceiling. Use your Pullcaster to pull off the vent then push the crate underneath it. Climb on top then head through the vent. On the other side, climb up above the shaft to reach the next floor. Use your focus to find the Re: Locked In! Datapoint in the break room. It will give you a code of 2109. Use that to open the nearby locked door. Exit the building and head to the north side. Climb up the pegs. At the top, head back inside the building to find an elevator to your right. It will need an energy cell. This cell can be found on a rack in the middle room just past the elevators on the west side of the building. Before grabbing it, head to the far right room, passing the charging station, heading through the doorway in the back. Pull down the vent then climb inside. Follow it to the end to drop down into a room. Ignite the Firegleam then head through the hole in the wall. Grab the energy cell and place it into the charging station in the room you just left. Take it from the wall then quickly bring it to the elevator. Ride the elevator down. At the bottom, exit the elevator then head past the post on the right to find a crate in the water. Use your Pullcaster to pull the crate towards you. Swing it around the pillar to the other side and push it into the water. Drag it to the metal flower straight in front of you on the other side of the water. Jump onto the crate then look through the hole in the southern wall to find a ladder with a lock on it.
Shoot off the lock then use the Vine Cutter on the metal flower. Head past the metal flower and go into the water. This will allow you to reach the ladder you just released. From there, climb up to the top and jump to the ledge in the adjacent building to find the Main Office Key. Return to the elevator then drag the crate near the metal flower into the elevator. Take the elevator up. Exit the elevator and pull out the crate. Drag it around the corner of the hallway diagonally from the closed elevator then use that to climb up the nearby ledge.
Use that to reach a peg above you. You’ll be on a broken section of the building. From there, jump onto the balcony of the adjacent building then drop down to find the 9th Floor Security Measures Datapoint. Enter the code of 109 into the console to unlock the door. Return to the locked door on the bottom floor and enter the access key then the code of 2109109. Head inside to retrieve the ornament!
