Below is a walkthrough for A Passage Beyond side quest in Ghostwire: Tokyo. To obtain this quest, speak with the spirit east of Yashin Shrine.
Find the entrance to the basement
Head northeast to the search area then use your Spectral Senses (press square) to find a yokai and absorb it.
Next, enter through the door the yokai was blocking.
Search the basement
Head to the far back left side of the area to find a red lit room.
Examine the console then exit the room to the hallway to find the lady in red.
Defeat the woman in red
Defeat her to complete the quest!
