Obtained: Speak with Bulma at Capsule Corp. during post game with Goku after completing all the other sub stories
Objective: Help Bulma prepare for the tournament
Head to Capsule Corp. and speak to Bulma who agrees only if you help to set it up. Head for the World Tournament Arena and talk with the World Tournament Announcer to trigger a cutscene. When you regain control of Goku, head for the Continent Center Area then make your way to the tournament area. Once there speak with the World Tournament Announcer to kick things off. To complete the story, you will need to defeat Gotenks, Vegeta and Yamcha in battle.
