Obtained: Speak with Dodoria in the Southeast Islands Area after using the Dragon Balls to revive him
Objective: Defeat Dodoria
In order to fight Dodoria again you will need to collect all seven of the Dragon Balls and use your wish to bring him back. To locate him, head to Kame House in the Southeast Islands Area. From there, make your way southwest to find him on an small island. Speak with him as Gohan to begin the battle (you can change player characters in the party menu). Defeat Dodoria to complete the story.
