Obtained: Speak with Zarbon in the Southeast Islands Area after using the Dragon Balls to revive him
Objective: Defeat Zarbon
In order to fight Zarbon again you will need to collect all seven of the Dragon Balls and use your wish to bring him back. To locate him, head to Kame House in the Southeast Islands Area. From there, make your way northeast to find him on an medium sized island. Speak with him as Gohan to begin the battle (you can change player characters in the party menu). You will have to defeat him twice (once in each form) to complete the story.
