Obtained: Speak with Yamcha near Goku’s House during the For the Future main story mission
Objective: Head to Lucca Village on the World Map
Travel to Goku’s House in the Southeast Mountains Area to find Yamcha nearby. Speak with him then head for Lucca Village in the East Ravine Area. After loading into the area, follow the sub story marker a short way to arrive at the party venue. Speak with Bulma to get the party started leading a fight against Vegeta. Defeat him to get chewed out by Bulma as a reward. She will then introduce a race using a new vehicle her company is developing. Race your way up the mountain before the time runs out to trigger a cutscene completing the mission.
