Down and Nerdy

Obtained: Enter the Technical Crew on B3 at HQ

Objective: Get a material code

Enter the Technical Crew office to trigger a cutscene.  After the cutscene, talk to Ted who is sitting at a desk in the room holding a baton.  Buy the material code from him for 0G.  Then head over to Tabitha and talk to her to upgrade your baton.  After you finish upgrading the baton, she will give you a camera that she made for Max.  Test it out by taking a picture of Lappy to complete the mission.

 

High Maintenance

Obtained: Enter the Command Center on B2 at HQ

Objective: Use the Legatus Terminal

Enter the Command Center to trigger a cutscene.  After the cutscene, the case will complete.

 

Meet the New You

Obtained: Enter the Locker Room on B2 at HQ

Objective: Go to the locker room

Enter the Locker Room to trigger a cutscene.  After the cutscene, the case will complete.

 

Staying Healthy

Obtained: Enter the Infirmary on B2 at HQ

Objective: Visit the infirmary

Enter the Infirmary to trigger a cutscene.  After the cutscene, the case will complete.

 

Take a Load Off

Obtained: Enter the Break Room on B2 at HQ

Objective: Visit the break room

Enter the Break Room to trigger a cutscene.  After the cutscene, the case will complete.

 

Sanctuary

Obtained: Enter the restroom on B2 at HQ

Objective: Visit the restroom

Enter the restroom to trigger a cutscene.  After the cutscene, the case will complete.

 

Winging It

Obtained: Talk to the Art Aficionado in the alleyway at Z30 Maison Forest

Objective: Find the graffiti artist

Talk to the Art Aficionado in a dead alleyway near the center of Z30 Maison Forest.  He will ask you to track the artist of some graffiti painted on a wall in the alley.  Activate your IRIS and look for the flock of birds.  They will be located in an area just passed the Quiz Kids, so climb up the ladder near the malfunctioning robot and head past the children behind some dumpsters to find Parnassus No. 2.  Talk with him to begin a foot chase and follow behind him.  Send your Legion to stun the artist then wrap the chain around him to bind him. This will trigger a cutscene and the case will complete.

 

Malfunctioning Robot

Obtained: Talk to the Arm Mechanic near the malfunctioning arm at Z30 Maison Forest

Objective: Look with your IRIS

Talk to the Arm Mechanic near the malfunctioning robot arm in the alleyway.  Then activate IRIS mode to locate the signal causing the arm to malfunction and use the Sword Legion to sever the signal completing the case.

 

Quiz Kids

Obtained: Talk to the group of kids on the landing above the Malfunctioning Robot at Z30 Maison Forest

Objective:  Take the boy’s quiz

Climb up the ladder next to the malfunctioning robot from the last side case and talk with the group of children.  They claim to know something about the case, but will not tell you for free.  Agree to take their quiz and listen to what each brother has to say.  When they are done, talk to any of the brothers and tell them you are ready.  Choose the fourth brother to get the right answer and complete the case.

 

Quiz Kid Shuffle

Obtained: Talk to the group of kids on the landing above the Malfunctioning Robot after completing the Quiz Kids side mission at Z30 Maison Forest

Objective: Take the boy’s quiz

Talk to the boys again after completing the Quiz Kids case and agree to take another quiz.  The kids will run around in circles real fast and you have to keep track of the oldest brother.  When they stop running and line up again, head to the brother you think is the oldest.  You can also activate IRIS to get the boy’s dates of birth to determine who is the oldest.

 

A Drone’s Fate

Obtained: Talk to an officer near a dumpster near where you started on Z30 Maison Forest

Objective: Recover the drone

From the starting location at Z30 Maison Forest, follow the alleyway left to find a police officer standing in front of a dumpster.  Talk to the officer to learn about a drone that is stuck on a pipe attached to side of a near by building.  Locate the drone and when prompted use the ZL button on your Joy Con/Pro Controller to send the Sword Legion up there to retrieve it.  This will trigger a cutscene where you hand over drone to the officer.  Once that is complete, activate the IRIS and target the drone flying along the building diagonally from the dumpster (you can only see the drone in IRIS mode).  Press the A button to check the drone’s footage completing the mission.

 

Soccer Dreams

Obtained: Automatically after bring the soccer ball to the children playing outside

Objective: Obtain the soccer ball

From the crime scene, follow the chimera trail down the alleyway and into an open area at the base of some stairs.  In this area, you will see a soccer ball on the ground.  Keep following the trail right into a hallway, which will lead to another alleyway.  From that alleyway, take a right into a makeshift medical clinic.  Pass through the clinic to arrive on a concrete pad that some children turned into a soccer field.  Talk to the children to learn that their soccer ball is missing.  Head back to the area where you found the soccer ball and kick the ball back to where the children were playing.  When you kick the ball close enough to the children, the case will complete.  Kicking the ball through the goal will award extra points for the case report.

 

Locked In

Obtained: Interact with the door with a 18036J number at the top

Objective: Break the lock

While following the chimera trail in File 03, you will pass through a hallway a short distance from the crime scene.  Interact with the door to learn that there is a person trapped inside.  Press L on the Joy Con/Pro Controller to cut the lock off the door with the Sword Legion, freeing the Confined Man.  This will complete the case.

 

Unknown Signal

Obtained: Automatically while exploring on the other side of the gate in the Chimera World

Objective: Follow the call

This side case will start automatically while exploring in the other side of the gate after following the chimera trail.  Follow the marker on the screen to locate a strange yellow drone and interact with it.  The drone will ask you to locate its parts so that it can be repaired.  The gyrosensor will be located next to the drone on the ground.  From there, look for the two platforms moving horizontally across from the drone.  When you see them, look to the left to spot another platform that moves vertically.  Hop onto that platform and ride it to the top.  Once there use your Legion to jump across the gap landing onto a ledge containing the titanium gear.  Head back down to the drone and make your way past the platforms moving horizontally to find the camera cable.  With the last of the drone parts in your possession, head back to the drone to trigger a cutscene where you will fix the drone, completing the case.

Judgment – A Final Request

Meet the Client in Little Asia

Head to Little Asia to trigger a cutscene with an unknown man.

 

Defeat Shin Amon

Finish the battle to trigger a cutscene.  So this is totally the hardest fight in the game.  First off this guy has five health bars and will steal your phone so make sure you have your items on shortcuts.  Secondly the arena’s walls are electrified so don’t get close to them and you don’t have any objects/weapons you can pick up.  I highly recommend you have all your skills maxed out and use all extracts possible immediately when the fight begins as you can’t shortcut everything.  There will be three phases to this battle.  The first phase he will throw out bombs, and it’s much like a normal fight that you’ve experienced the whole game.  The second phase starts when Shin’s bar gets to purple.  He will pull out two electrified whips and have some blue projectile.  He will then throw out some red balls that you will have to deal with.  The third phase is a combo of all his attacks.  Good luck with this fight…your going to need it!!  After you defeat Shin, the case will close.

Put on a disguise.

 

Go to Kim-san’s Restaurant

Head to the Beef Zone and talk to Kim to trigger a cutscene.  We chose to call for help because that’s what friends are for!!  😉

 

Gather Intel at City Hangouts

Head the Apple Pie Breakroom and talk to the two girls sitting at a table.

 

Gather Intel in Theater Square

Head to Theater Square and listen in on the couple standing behind the food tent.

 

Defeat Sakakiba

Finish the battle to trigger a cutscene.

 

Find the Dealer

Talk to the guy on the western part of Pink Alley who has a backpack with a red scarf tied to it.  He is also wearing glasses and has black hair with a ponytail.

 

Tail the Target: Suspicious Tiny Man

Follow behind the target until a cutscene in which the target is near a burn barrel triggers.  This part can be a little tricky as you have to move fast so you don’t lose the target.  First jump over the wall in the park.  Then take a right and head through a door straight ahead at the end of the alley to get around the Keihin Gang.  Keep following the target until another cutscene triggers.

 

Defeat Obayashi’s Crew

Finish the battle for a cutscene to trigger.

 

Active Search Mode: Don’t Lose Sight of the Seller

The target is pretty obvious.  He is standing next to Wette Kitchen smoking a cigarette.

 

Tail the Target: Suspicious Tiny Man

Follow behind the target again until a cutscene triggers in Children’s Park.

 

Defeat Kasai’s Crew

Finish the battle to trigger a cutscene.

 

Search for the Gun Smuggler’s Base

Enter the Sewers and head up a ways to trigger a cutscene where the doc is normally located.

 

Defeat Honda’s Crew

Finish the battle to trigger a cutscene.

 

Defeat Koga’s Crew

Finish the battle to trigger a cutscene.  Case closed!

Amane becomes dateable after finishing her side case The Fire Calamity.  Throughout the game, she will text you sporadically. Respond to her texts with positive responses to increase her affection towards you.

 

1st Date

Sometime after you finish the side case, Amane will text you about a cow calamity and you should agree to to meet at Theater Square.  When you’re ready, head to the meetup location and wait for her.  When Amane shows up, you will be given the choice of where to go on your “date”.  The options are shogi, darts and casino.  Win whatever activity you choose to increase Amane’s affection towards you.  When you’re done, Amane and Yagami will sit down and chat.  This will be your chance to earn some affection based on your responses during their conversation (our answers to her questions are below).

  • Find out more about her
    • I’m very interested in you.
  • Ask about the calamities
    • So you’re volunteering, then?
  • Ask what’s bothering her
    • You have a very noble attitude.

After some time passes, Amane will text Yagami to meet up.  Accept and when you’re ready, head to the meetup location and wait for her.  When Amane shows up, you will be given the choice of where to go on your “date”.  The options are shogi, darts and casino.  Win whatever activity you choose to increase Amane’s affection towards you.  When you’re done, Amane and Yagami will head into Beef Zone.  You’re greeted at the door, and we chose the dialog option, “She’s my girlfriend”.  Afterwards, Amane and Yagami will sit down for a conversation.  This will be your chance to earn some affection based on your responses during their conversation (our answers to her questions are below).

After some time passes, Amane will contact you setting up another date.  Accept and when you’re ready, head to the meetup location and wait for her.  When Amane shows up, tell her she is beautiful and you will be given the choice of where to go on your date.  The options are shogi, darts and casino.  Win whatever activity you choose to increase Amane’s affection towards you.  When you’re done, Amane and Yagami will sit down for a conversation.  This will be your chance to earn some affection based on your responses during their conversation (our answers to her questions are below).

  • Talk about the future
    • I want to keep seeing you.
  • Talk about her patron
    • Tell her it’s because she’s charming
  • Talk about calamities (will need to select this option twice)

After some time passes, Amane will contact you and want to meet up.  Accept and when you’re ready, head to the meetup location and wait for her.  A cutscene will trigger in which we refused the bribe.  When Amane shows up, you will sit down for a conversation.  We chose the “Why didn’t you tell me?” dialog option.  After a brief cutscene, the “date” will end.

 

6th Date

After some more time passes, Amane will agree to meet with you.  When you’re ready, head to the meetup location and wait for her.  When Amane shows up, you will sit down for a conversation.  Our answers to her questions are below.

Meet Ohata-san at Cafe Mijore

Head to Cafe Majiore on Nakamichi Street and talk to the guy sitting in front of the plants.

 

Find Ayumu

Head to West Taihei Boulevard and interact with the marker in front of the elevator under the Spunky sign near Gyu-Kaku.  Using the elevator, head up to 2F and defeat the tough guys to trigger a cutscene.  Case closed!
