Obtained: Speak with Fortuneteller Baba at the World Tournament Area in the Far Southern Islands Area during the post game as Goku. *NOTE: I completed every other Goku story I had in order to get it to show up.
Objective: Talk to Baba about training
Travel to the World Tournament Area to find Baba near the entrance of the arena. Speak with her to trigger a cutscene then head to the Land of the Kais to face your opponent. Defeat the fighter to complete the story.

Obtained: Speak with Elder Kai in the Land of the Kais during the post game as Goku. It unlocked for me after completing the Reunion with Suno and Good Ol’ Goku! sub stories.
Objective: Fulfill Goku’s promise
Travel to the Land of the Kais to find Elder Kai and speak with him to trigger a cutscene. When you regain control of Goku, head out to collect all seven Dragon Balls then return to Bulma when you have them all to trigger another cutscene, completing the quest.

Obtained: Speak with Android 20 near Darlinge Polynya in the North Mountains Area during the post game as Goku. You will need to use the Dragon Balls to wish them back.
Objective: Defeat Androids 19 and 20
Head to the North Mountains Area to find Androids 19 and 20 near Android 20’s destroyed lab. Speak with him to start a fight between them and Goku. Defeat both androids to complete the story.

Obtained: Speak with Upa and Bora in the Sacred Land of Korin during the post game as Goku
Objective: Help heal the trees
Travel to the Sacred Land of Korin and head for the base of Korin’s Lookout to find Upa and Bora. Speak with them to learn that the trees are sick, and they are not sure what to do. Agree to help out then make your way to Bulma in Capsule Corp. Speak with her to learn about a medicine that could heal the trees. Following the conversation you will transported back to the Upa and Bora. After filling them in, Goku will head to Baba for a short cutscene. When you gain control of Goku, head northeast towards the sub story marker to find the thieves. Defeat their burglar bots to retrieve the crystal ball, triggering another cutscene. Following the cutscene make your way southeast to Blake Bog. You will find the moss at the base of the giant tree. Collect it trigger a series of cutscenes that will complete the story.

Obtained: Speak with Suno at Darlinge Polynya in the North Mountains Area during the post game as Goku
Objective: Collect 10 Great Energetic Fish, 10 Plain White Rice and 10 Rose Wheat
Travel to Darlinge Polynya to find Suno and speak with her to learn she it gathering some food to help out the elderly in her village. Agree to lend her a hand by collecting 10 Great Energetic Fish, 10 Plain White Rice and 10 Rose Wheat. The rice and wheat can be bought from the food shop a short distance away from Suno while the fish can be found underwater in the ocean near Lacco Village (Southeast Islands Area). Return to Suno when you have collected all of the item to complete the story.

Obtained: Speak with Cell near Kodaiho Lands in the Continent Center Area during the post game as Goku after completing the sub story Porunga Part 2
Objective: Defeat Cell
Head to the Kodaiho Lands in the Continent Center Area then travel towards the center of the map where Cell’s area was to locate him. Speak with him to start a fight. Defeat Cell to complete the story.

Obtained: Speak with Frieza near West City in the West Area during the post game as Goku after completing the sub story Porunga Part 2
Objective: Defeat Frieza
Travel to West City then head west to find Frieza near the lighthouse. Speak with him to start a fight. Defeating Frieza the first time will cause him to transform to his stronger form. Defeat him a second time to complete the story.

Obtained: Speak with Dabura at Lucca Village in the East Ravine Area during the post game as Goku after completing the sub story Porunga Part 2
Objective: Defeat Dabura
Travel to Lucca Village after reviving Dabura with the Namekian Dragon Balls to challenge him to a fight. Defeat Dabura to complete the story.

Obtained: Speak with Krillin at Kame House during the post game as Goku
Objective: Get Korin to be Marron’s stand in toy
Speak with Krillin at Kame House to learn that Marron’s favorite toy has been damaged. This leads Goku to Korin’s Lookout. When you gain control of him, head for the Kame House and travel to the large southern island. Use the search for Ki to locate the meowmint next to the root of a tree sticking out the side of a giant rock. Picking it up will trigger a cutscene completing the story.

Obtained: Speak with Moori on New Namek during the post game as Goku
Objective: Complete the trial of wisdom
Travel to New Namek and speak with Moori to learn about the trial of wisdom. Agree to take it then speak to the three other Namekians with blue sub story icons over their heads. When finished, talk with Moori again to start the trail. Moori will then ask you a series of questions. Answer them correctly (answers below) to trigger a cutscene resulting in Frieza, Cell and Dabura to be brought back from Other World competing the quest.
