After the cutscene, defeat seven of the Level 35 / Level 36 troops! Approach Ashera to trigger another cutscene. When it concludes, head into Colony 11 and defeat the 10 members of Team Zoren. After a little cutscene, head forward a shorts ways then take out the 10 members of Team Easel. Once again, head deeper into the area to fight the 10 members of Team Clad. After you defeat them, another cutscene will trigger.
When the cutscene concludes, head into Colony 11 to meet Consul R. A battle with her will follow the cutscene. She’s Level 38! Take her out along with her 7 Executioners to trigger a cutscene in which you destroy the Flame Clock. Once the cutscene concludes, follow the objective up a nearby ladder to reach the top of a tower. Another cutscene will trigger and the quest will complete!
